Instead, it offers you concert-hall sound in a space-saving package – comfortably playing a mixture of media with the greatest of ease. From the slot-loaded CD player to the USB ports, the MAS 102 can read practically any music source you throw its way. It’ll even connect to your record player if you need it to, one of the many talents you can expect from this 2 x 65-watt amplifier with custom 5-inch (130mm) bass-reflex speakers and 1-inch (25mm) dome tweeters.

Plays your iPod or iPhone device using The Bridge III (available separately).
Gain access to all your favorite music when you hook your iPod or iPhone up to a Harman Kardon® The Bridge III docking station (available for purchase separately). Sync up the MAS 102 to the portable dock and play your stored music through the superb sound system, giving your music tracks the high-performance soundstage they deserve. Hear every note purely and without limitations caused by headphones – and even control your music from a distance, using the system’s IR remote control to navigate video and music while your iPod or iPhone is docked. The Harman Kardon The Bridge III will even charge your iPod or iPhone device while it’s docked in the MAS 102 – or, if you prefer, play Internet radio through an optional iPod Internet-radio application.

Built-in CD player and FM tuner.
Gain an unprecedented range of functionality and versatility with the MAS 102. Play your MP3 and WMA CD-R and CD-RW discs (as well as standard CDs) with random-play and repeat options. You can even listen to the radio with the built-in, drift-free FM tuner that comes conveniently preset with 30 stations – so you can hear music, news, sports and talk without having to set all the stations yourself. If you want to get beyond CD or radio, the MAS 102 can happily oblige. Just plug into one of the system’s USB ports to play your smartphone, memory stick, MP3 player or any other compatible device.

Plug into USB ports – in front or in back.
The MAS 102 is built to support your iPod and/or iPhone device using a Harman Kardon® The Bridge III dock (available separately). However, since the MAS 102 also includes front- and back-panel USB ports, you can expand upon the system’s capabilities by playing MP3 and WMA files directly from memory sticks. You can even navigate these files using your system’s IR remote control. By taking advantage of the built-in USB ports, you can amplify virtually any device containing your music collection – and enjoy the full talents of your music system.
