The CM1 S2 features improved internal components, such as a Decoupled Dome tweeter and improved crossovers for powerful, natural audio from a small speaker.

• The Decoupled Double Dome Tweeter uses an aluminum dome and ring to prevent distortion. A ring of gel cushioning decouples the tweeter from the cabinet for improved imaging and dispersion.

The CM1's  feature a 5" woven DuPont kevlar fibre bass/midrange cone and a decoupled double dome aluminium tweeter that provides crystal clear highs.These speakers are truly amazing for the size of the speaker cabinet and the price.They are truly amazing for the price....they actually take you there....in a compact format.....for the price thesespeakers create great levels of atmospheric sound.They will amaze against bigger bookshelf speakers....they go deeper and have clearer presence that only a listen will confirm.

There is new technology in the CM1 S2,most notably the double dome decoupled tweeter.This is an amazing tweeter that also incorporates the Nautilus tube - a long tapered tube that absorbs the sound from the back of the tweeter and creates a more balanced and accurate top end.With their 5" kevlar bass/midrange drivers the CM1 S2 qualify as mini monitors,but with a price that is half of their American counterparts and a finish that surpasses most of them.
