Colors and Furniture Finishes

We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on the Site. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate. Furniture finishes and textures may not be represented in the photos, please read the descriptions and request a sample if need be.

All Furniture, Phono Cartridges and Televisions are Non-Cancelable and Not Returnable.

Service & Repair

 If you need service or repair done on a purchase you have with Audiolab please contact cs@audiolab.com. 

Shipping Signature Policy 

Audiolab requires signature confirmation to all orders over $300 for security against package theft. By placing an order in that amount you agree to accept all responsibilities related to accepting and signing for your packages. Products returned as undeliverable will have the full cost of shipping both ways.

Additional Return Policy Information

Please contact Audiolab to receive a return authorization or "RA". An RA allows us to track your return and provide a timely refund.  Shipping charges incurred by Audiolab will be deducted from any refund even if they were provided at no cost on the original purchase.  If we send an RA and the item is not returned by the Return date then the RA and return is no longer available and void. 

60 Day Return Period:

You may return any purchased item within 60 days of purchase for a refund as long as it is in the original box with all the packing and accessories.

Our return policy

Take some time to get to know your new purchase, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you can return items that are complete and like new within 60 days.

How to make a return important return details

Refund or exchange? You may choose an exchange or a refund for the full amount of the items you purchased. Refunds will be issued to the same credit card, debit card, gift certificate, or other form of payment used in the original transaction, no exceptions.

Shipping costs. Return shipping costs are deducted from your merchandise credit or refund.

For most returns, Audiolab can issue you an UPS Return Shipping label for a reduced fee based on our shipping account discount.

Freight shipping: Some items, like larger TVs, furniture, and large tower speakers require special freight shipping, and cost more to return. An Audiolab customer support rep will help determine exact shipping cost of freight items when setting up your return.

Like-new condition. Audiolab may refuse a customer return or charge a restocking fee when the returned item is not like new. Conditions that will lead to refused returns or restocking fees include when the returned item has:

  • A different serial number than the one Audiolab originally shipped.
  • Missing parts or the original product packing material.
  • Damage because it was improperly packaged for return shipment.
  • Shows signs of heavy use.
  • Damage from drops, spilled liquid, or misusing other than stated in the manual. 

If you would like to start a Return please email returns@audiolab.com with your Order # and the reason you are returning. If a return is sent back without an RA you might not be refunded and the item may be refused and returned to you. If an item is sent back as defective and it is not found defective a 15% restocking fee and shipping fee's will be charged. Please contact customer service at 800-513-8555 if you have any questions about returning an item. Any Defective merchandise may be exchanged or repaired, as per the manufacturer's policies and warranties.

If you would like to Cancel your order you must email cs@audiolab.comAn order can not be canceled once it is in transit. Transit Fee's will apply.

Shipping

Most orders are shipped via UPS and USPS within 1 business day. Whenever possible, products are double-boxed to further protect the contents of the package. All packages are shipped with shipping insurance. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification with your tracking information. Please allow 1-5 business days for delivery depending on what part of the country the order is being shipped to. We ship to all 50 states, but if the package is being shipped to Alaska or Hawaii, please allow up to 10 business days for your delivery. If you have any questions or concerns about your shipment, please call 800-513-8555 between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm EST, Monday through Friday.

*If an item says "Ships Today" it will ship the same business day if the order is received by 2:00 pm EST. If the order is received after 2:00 pm EST or on a non-business day, it will ship the next business day.

*Please note that standard overnight delivery does not include Saturdays or Sundays.

Our internal fraud department will attempt to get your order approved as quickly as possible. Orders over $499.00 may be delayed by 1 day if we do not receive an approval by our cutoff time.

Freight Shipments

If it is determined that your shipment would be best delivered with a trucking company on a pallet, we reserve the right to do so, this may add up to 3 days to the shipping time.
